• decisions are made based on the needs of children and communities.

WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT RIGHT NOW

The early childhood education system is going through one of the most difficult periods in Ukraine’s independence.

War, demographic challenges, staff shortages, the need to create a safe environment, the development of inclusive education, and the need to implement new legislation require new approaches and effective interaction among all participants in the process.

Today, communities need more than just regulatory documents.

They need support, practical solutions, professional guidance, and partnership.

This is exactly what the Association “New Childhood of Ukraine” works for.

ACTION PLAN

First stage — formation of a team and a network of regional coordinators.

Second stage — gathering community issues, analytics, and advisory support.

Third stage — launching practical tools, support programs, and mobile expert teams.

Fourth stage — scaling successful practices and forming state-level proposals.
