The All-Ukrainian Association “New Childhood of Ukraine” initiated comprehensive protection of children’s right to admission to the lyceum

Understanding the social importance of the situation, the All-Ukrainian Association “New Childhood of Ukraine” coordinated the preparation of a legal position and initiated a series of official appeals to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, the Department of Education and Science of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration, the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Education, Science and Innovations, and other authorized state authorities.

At the same time, active communication was ongoing with parents, educators, civil society representatives, and government authorities. The main goal was to prevent the violation of children’s right to receive an education and to ensure the conduct of the admission campaign in accordance with legal requirements.
